Running On Empty

Being at San Francisco State University is burning me out. I wake up early in the morning to beat heavy traffic at 6 and I do not go home until 8-9 in the evening. I am ending up falling asleep in class in which students and the professor are noticing.  My time management of doing homework has become horrible. I just do not take full advantage of the time that I have.

It odd my job at Sam’s Club is not bugging me. The reason is that I am only working Thursday through Sunday with fewer hours. I am not bother that I do not work much but I need to learn how to not spend money. My money is draining very quickly.

Here is my plan on not falling behind. I will get enough sleep daily, do the assignment ahead of time before it is due, and stop dinning at nice restaurants and relying on Subway. It is the only way to make it through the semester without going crazy.

First Week of Spring Break with a Bang

I started the first week of Spring Semester at San Francisco State University GREAT! I got amazing professors that I am taking. One of the professors that I am taking I had last year and what is shocking is I am taking him back-to-back different classes.

Here are the professors I am taking this semester at SFSU.

Eric Pido (AAS 595 & AAS 697)
Phil Klasky (ETHS 300)
Dan Gonzales (ASS 213)
Valerie Soe (AAS 518)

I am at San Francisco State University four days a week. I wake up early in the morning (5:30), leave Hercules by 6 and get to SFSU by 6:50-7 to get street parking. I want to avoid paying $6 for the whole day to park inside the parking garage but there are days that I am at SFSU until 6:55 in the evening (Monday and Tuesday). I don’t get home until 7:45-9 due to the traffic on the lower deck of the Bay Bridge. Luckily I am taking advantage of the college library and I am just doing the class work ahead of time before the due date.

Am I prepared to do a great job this semester? Yes! Am I ready to graduate from SFSU? Yes!

Let make this semester a great one.
