Ukulenny Is Bay Area Talent

I got the chance to see Lendl San Jose aka Ukulenny perform at Off the Grid in El Cerrito on Wednesday, PaddleSplash in Alameda Saturday, and Off the Grid in Alameda with Robert Frazier (unexpected Bob and Lenny Show performance) on Saturday.

I saw this musician twice in one week. It was amazing that I was able to attend three of his performances within the same week. I am very supportive of his music and what he does for the audience when he performs.

Here is a musician that performs everywhere. He performs at the Oakland Airport, The Fireside Lounge, Barrelhouse, and Oakland Museum of California. He even tours out of state which is impressive. Solo or with a group this guy is amazing.

I have seen Lendl perform at Oakland Museum of California with Robert Frazier as the Bob and Lenny Show and seen him teach his Ukulele class at the Albany Community Center. He even did a Ukulele Jam at Albany Memorial Park which was amazing! What else can this guy do beside teach and perform?

The question that people want to know is how did I ever meet Lendl?

I had photos of an event honoring Oscar Penaranda at Bindlestiff Studio April 2013. Surprising I took a photo of Lendl reading Full Deck. What strange is that I did not remember if he did perform with his ukulele (He is Ukulenny!)

I will continue to see Lendl perform anywhere in the Bay Area.
