Associate and Managers Leaving Comments on Myspace/Facebook

I have to admit that I am on Myspace and Facebook 24/7 and I have most of my co-workers onto my listing. What I don’t get is that most of my co-workers add everyone that they work with onto their listing including supervisors/managers. Do you think that is a bit overboard? I find it odd to see an associate and managers/supervisor have each other on their listing. Everybody that I work with are on Myspace and Facebook especially managers/supervisors and they leave comments saying bizarre stuff. I have one co-worker that adding managers/supervisors on his listing and that is a bit scary. What funny is that he is a lazy worker that gets away with crime. I’m sorry but I am tired of people that waste their time not doing their job. What I don’t get is why add them if they’re going to know every single status comment you leave on your profile or theirs? It’s cool if you’re a classmate but if your have the instructors on your listing that would be odd because he/she might be wondering what you’re doing online a lot. I’m sorry but don’t we all have phones to call each other telling them that we had a good day at work or just e-mail them saying it instead of posting a comment? I’m cool with posting my status and leaving comments on people’s profile but I believe it is overboard to have your managers/supervisor on your listing.
